Slowdive have confirmed that they’ve completed their new album, which can be their first in over half a decade.

Initially of 2022, the shoegaze icons confirmed that they have been engaged on their first new album since 2017’s self-titled effort.
Now, the band’s Neil Halstead revealed that the brand new album is full throughout a latest look on the SixPack podcast.
He mentioned: “Among the stuff I purchased in was very digital based mostly, as a result of that’s the place I’m coming from generally. Beachy Head includes Slowdive’s Rachel Goswell and Christian Savill, Flaming Lips drummer Matt Duckworth, Ryan Graveface (Casket Women, Dreamend) and Steve Clarke (The Delicate Cavalry). The group’s self-titled debut album was launched in April of that 12 months by means of Graveface’s eponymous file label.
