Nikki Sixx has confirmed new Mötley Crüe music is within the works.
Final week, the bassist took to Twitter to share a photograph of himself, drummer Tommy Lee, and new guitarist John 5 in a songwriting session.
He captioned the publish, “One other killer songwriting day.”
Later, Nikki adopted up his publish with the information that the heavy steel band is working with producer Barry Pointer.
“We’re writing,” the musician revealed. “The inventive strategy of songwriting has all the time been the heartbeat of our band.”
He continued, “We’re gonna go within the massive studio subsequent week and document a number of off the ground and see the place it goes.
“We do not have a definitive plan at this level. Simply letting the songs information us.”
Mötley Crüe is at the moment co-headlining a live performance tour with Def Leppard, with the subsequent gig to happen in Sheffield, England on 22 Might.
