Foo Fighters say they may proceed as a “totally different band going ahead” following the dying of drummer Taylor Hawkins.

The Dave Grohl-fronted rock band took to social media on New Yr’s Eve (Dec. 31) to share a heartfelt message concerning the challenges of 2022 and provide a glimpse into what the longer term might maintain for the group.

“As we are saying goodbye to essentially the most troublesome and tragic yr that our band has ever recognized, we’re reminded of how grateful we’re for the people who we love and cherish most, and for the family members who’re not with us,” the Foos started their assertion on Twitter.

In late March, the beloved Foos drummer was discovered useless in his Bogotá, Colombia, lodge room. He was 50. Hawkins’ dying was introduced by a social media assertion from the band’s accounts, with no instant explanation for dying given.
