Robert Fripp and Toyah Wilcox have rung within the new 12 months with their first ‘Sunday Lunch’ session of 2023, with a fiery rendition of Republica’s ‘Prepared To Go’.

Brandishing an indication proclaiming ‘Frippy 2023’, the video includes a shades-wearing Wilcox delivering the 1996 dance-rock hit with gusto, whereas Fripp holds down the unique’s hard-hitting groove with chugging guitar strains. The quilt follows their festive tackle ‘Jingle Bell Rock’, which marked 2022’s closing version of ‘Sunday Lunch’. The sequence first started in 2020, because the COVID-19 lockdown introduced a cease to Robert Fripp’s stay performances.

Recorded along with Fripp and Simon Darlow, the 10-track album marked the singer’s sixteenth studio album, and included tracks similar to ‘Levitate’ and ‘Barefoot on Mars’.
