There are quite a lot of them round, it’s only a pity guitar music has turn out to be marginalized. You’ve both bought to be rock, or that f—ing 1975. “I used to be watching it with my youngsters, two teenage lads, pondering, ‘Is it me being a grumpy previous man, or is that this s—?’” he recalled. “They had been each going, ‘Oh no, that is f—ing s—’. The 1975, Greatest Rock Band? Somebody must re-define that instantly, as a result of that’s… I don’t know what that’s, but it surely’s actually not f—ing rock. No matter rock is, that’s not it.”
