Joni Mitchell performed her first full headline present in over 20 years final evening (June 10) – see footage, the total setlist and extra under.
Final July, Mitchell carried out a shock set on the legendary Newport Folks Competition – which she final appeared at in 1969 – delivering a 13-song “JONI JAM” set that featured Brandi Carlile on the tracks ‘Carey’, ‘A Case Of You’ and ‘Massive Yellow Taxi’.
Quickly after that, Carlile introduced that Mitchell would play a particular ‘Joni Jam’ efficiency on the Gorge Amphitheatre in Washington state. It was her first headline efficiency in 23 years.
On the present, just like the Newport efficiency, Mitchell performed with Carlile and a bunch of collaborators together with Marcus Mumford, delivering a 24-song set of tracks from throughout her profession and some covers.
Opening with ‘Massive Yellow Taxi’, she then performed favourites from her iconic LP ‘Blue’ together with ‘A Case Of You’, ‘Carey’, in addition to a canopy of George Gershwin’s ‘Summertime’ and extra.

This summer time, Mitchell can be releasing a dwell album of her comeback dwell efficiency at Newport Folks Competition, and this week she shared a video of her taking part in ‘A Case Of You’ with Carlile and Mumford.
The brand new dwell album, titled ‘At Newport: That includes the Joni Jam’, shall be launched on July 28.
