Olivia Rodrigo compelled herself to not write any music for six months after the discharge of her debut album Bitter.

The 20-year-old singer shot to stardom in 2021 with the discharge of the album, which spawned singles akin to Drivers License, Deja Vu and Good 4 U, and she or he is gearing as much as launch its follow-up, Guts, in September.

As she kicks off press for her upcoming album, the Vampire hitmaker has been enthusiastic about who she was when she promoted Bitter.

“That lady seems like a unique individual,” she famous. “I look again at her and I believe, ‘Aw. She did properly.’ I believe she’d be actually pleased with who she is.”
