Lilli Cooper has reacted to her co-star Ethan Slater’s alleged romance with Ariana Grande.
Whereas chatting with Web page Six for an interview printed on Tuesday, the SpongeBob SquarePants: The Musical actress weighed in on her co-star’s rumoured relationship with the Break Free singer.
“I used to be stunned,” Lilli advised the outlet about listening to the information, including that she hadn’t “spoken to him (Ethan) shortly”.
The actress referred to as Ethan and Ariana “an attention-grabbing coupling”, including that their romance was “for positive, surprising”.
Lilli performed Sandy Cheeks within the SpongeBob SquarePants musical throughout its 2016 Chicago run and its 2017 Broadway stint alongside Ethan because the titular character.
It was reported earlier this month that Ariana had separated from her husband Dalton Gomez after two years of marriage. It was then claimed that the singer was courting Ethan after assembly him on the set of the Depraved films, during which she performs Glinda and he portrays Boq.
