The collaboration between NewJeans and V continues, this time, with a canopy of the BTS member’s current single “Wet Days.” On Wednesday (Aug. 30), the Ok-pop group uploaded a video of Danielle within the studio performing her rendition of the monitor and gave some perception as to how the duvet got here to be.
Danielle revealed how she and her fellow NewJeans members — Haerin, Hanni, Hyein and Minji — first heard the track, in addition to different tracks from V’s upcoming debut solo album, Layover.
“All 5 of us had been gathered collectively for a gathering with the CEO [Min Hee Jin]. We listened to each track from our albums, after which the CEO advised us, ‘We’re presently getting ready for V’s album. V accredited of the duvet, taking to his Instagram Tales to share a hyperlink to the duvet, and wrote that he was “touched by [her] message” of her cowl, along with a cheerful, teary-eyed emoji.
Layover will arrive on Sept. 8. Along with pre-release singles “Wet Days” and “Love Me Once more,” “Gradual Dancing” — which additionally has a piano model — “Blue” and “For Us” may also seem on the set.
