Bruce Springsteen Postponing All 2023 Concerts to Next Year as He Recovers From Peptic Ulcer Disease

Bruce Springsteen and the E Avenue Band are suspending all of their 2023 tour dates to subsequent 12 months as The Boss recovers from peptic ulcer illness.

The icon made the announcement Wednesday on social media. “Because of all my associates and followers on your good needs, encouragement and assist. I’m on the mend and might’t wait to see you all subsequent 12 months,” he wrote.

Springsteen, 74, has spent the previous few weeks recovering from peptic ulcer illness, and his physician has suggested him to proceed remedy for the rest of the 12 months.

Rescheduled dates for every of the 2023 reveals can be introduced subsequent week. All the reveals will happen at their initially scheduled venues. Followers who can’t attend the brand new dates may have 30 days to request a refund if bought via official ticketing firms.

Earlier this month, Springsteen postponed all of his September performances as he underwent remedy for the situation, and he stated he was speaking the remainder of the month to concentrate on his well being.

“Over right here on E Avenue, we’re heartbroken to need to postpone these reveals,” Springsteen stated in an announcement on the time. “First, apologies to our fabulous Philly followers who we missed a couple of weeks in the past. That announcement got here weeks after the singer canceled two live shows in Philadelphia on account of an undisclosed sickness. Springsteen and the E Avenue Band kicked off their 2023 tour in February and have made stops throughout North America and Europe.
