For followers who’ve been begging Jack Harlow to launch the complete track impressed by his viral snippet posted to TikTok, the wait is over.

“Lovin on Me,” which samples R&B singer Delbert “Dale” Greer’s 1995 monitor, “No matter,” within the hook, is about for launch on Friday (Nov. 10), the 25-year-old rapper introduced on Instagram. “Thank u for permitting me to reset this 12 months,” he wrote alongside a selfie. “I moved again to Kentucky and gave u an album I couldn’t have made on the street. Surrounded by household & childhood buddies this has been one of many happiest years of my life. However now…a brand new period begins. Lovin On Me at midnight EST.”

The track, which matches straight from Dale’s hook right into a smooth rap verse, finds the Grammy nominated star proclaiming, “I’m vanilla, child / I’ll choke you, however I ain’t no killer, child / She’s 28, telling me I’m nonetheless a child.”

Regardless of thanking followers for permitting him to “reset,” it’s been a giant 12 months for Harlow, who launched his first No. 1 on Billboard’s Prime Rap Albums chart together with his third studio album, Jackman., which was launched again in April. Final month, the 25-year-old rapper was named songwriter of the 12 months on the 2023 SESAC Music Awards, marking the third 12 months in a row that Harlow has been awarded the respect. “First Class,” which was his first unaccompanied No. 1 hit on the Billboard Scorching 100, took track of the 12 months.
