The Black Eyed Peas are reportedly suing a toy firm behind a pooping unicorn that allegedly “rips off” their 2005 hit ‘My Humps’.
Will.i.am and co’s writer BMG has filed a lawsuit in opposition to MGA over the similarities between the pop tune and ‘My Poops’, which The Poopsie Slime Shock: Dancing Unicorn sings.
The tune can also be used within the advert for the toy.
