D’Wayne Wiggins, a founding member of the Grammy-nominated group Tony! Toni! Tone! behind the traditional Nineteen Nineties jams “Anniversary,” “It By no means Rains (In Southern California)” and “(Lay Your Head on My) Pillow,” has died. He was 64.
