Depeche Mode shared the information on Friday (Feb. 3) that their new single, “Ghosts Once more,” is on its method.
“Ghosts Once more, the primary single off Depeche Mode’s subsequent album Memento Mori, comes out February ninth, 2023,” Martin Gore and Dave Gahan shared in a social media put up that includes the album paintings in addition to promo for the tune popping up on murals, bus stations, subway stops and extra. “Set your clocks for Feb 9, 6:00 PM CET/5:00 PM GMT / 11:00 AM ET / 8:00 AM PT.”
With its Tuesday (Feb. 9) launch, “Ghosts Once more” will function the ’90s icons’ first single since “The place’s the Revolution,” “Going Backwards” and “Cowl Me” off their 2017 album Spirit. It’s also the primary new music to be launched by the synth-pop band for the reason that sudden loss of life of co-founder Andy Fletcher in Could 2022 at age 60. Depeche Mode’s “By no means Let Me Down Once more” obtained a significant streaming bump final month due to its use within the pilot episode for the brand new HBO collection The Final of Us. The synch even shot the 1987 basic to No. 1 on Billboard‘s LyricFind U.S. and LyricFind World charts (dated Jan. 28).
