John Lydon’s Twitter account shared the unhappy information on Thursday that the star’s spouse Nora Foster has died on the age of 80.
Nora, a former music promoter, had been battling Alzheimer’s illness for the previous couple of years of her life, with Intercourse Pistols frontman John, 67, appearing as her carer.
Sharing an image of the spouses hugging on his official Twitter account, John’s group wrote: “1/2 Relaxation in Peace Nora Forster. It’s with a heavy coronary heart that we share the unhappy information that Nora Forster – John Lydon’s spouse of almost 5 a long time – has handed away. Nora had been dwelling with Alzheimer’s for a number of years. Through which time John had change into her full time carer.
