DJ Shadow has introduced his forthcoming album ‘Motion Journey’ with the primary single ‘Ozone Scraper’. Take heed to it under.

His seventh studio album is nearly totally an instrumental assortment. The 14-track LP differs from his 2019′ star-studded album ‘Our Pathetic Age’ in an effort to “write music that flexed completely different energies”.
Taking to Instagram on August 9, DJ Shadow shared: “I wanted to get private and make music for myself once more. I didn’t wish to compromise or write music to offer another person a runway, I needed to power myself to permeate each accessible sonic area and ‘personal’ the whole composition.”
In a press launch, DJ Shadow stated: “That is about my relationship to music. My life as a collector and curator. All my data and tapes, and nobody else’s.”
‘Ozone Scraper’, the primary single of the LP, comes with an accompanying video directed by Stefano Ottaviano.

‘Motion Journey’ follows 2019’s ‘Our Pathetic Age’. In a three-star assessment, NME‘s Patrick Clarke was underwhelmed by its idea, opining that “what Shadow really has to say about our so-called ‘Pathetic Age’, if something in any respect, isn’t clear”.
