Kate Bush joined actor Ian McKellen and actor and comic John Bishop for an aftershow social gathering at an Oxford pub earlier this week.
The music icon celebrated McKellen and Bishop’s one hundredth efficiency on Wednesday (March 8) of their pantomime Mom Goose, which was working on the New Theatre Oxford from Tuesday (March 8) till yesterday (March 11).
In response to a Fb message noticed by The Oxford Mail, a employees member at Oxford’s The Jolly Farmers pub stated: “The astonishingly fantastic Sir Ian McKellen and the wonderful John Bishop spent the night with us celebrating the one hundredth efficiency of Mom Goose.
“Oh, and simply to make issues actually loopy, the legend that’s Kate Bush popped in to see him and have just a few drinks. This little pub is really one thing particular.”
The Jolly Farmers in central Oxford is without doubt one of the most outstanding LGBTQ+ pubs within the metropolis.

In the meantime, final month Damon Albarn revealed that after Gorillaz’ divisive Glastonbury headline set in 2010, Bush phoned to inform him it was “among the finest reveals she’d ever seen”.
Albarn, who was talking to comic Alan Carr for a Banquet Data Q&A attended by NME on February 23, went on to name Bush the “holy grail” for a Gorillaz collaboration.
“I’ve fantasised about singing on the piano along with her a number of instances,” he revealed. “I bear in mind once I first met her, it was again in 1992 and once I was launched to her, I simply received down on my knees,” he stated.
