The rapper Quando Rondo has been jailed after being indicted on drug and gang fees in his hometown of Savannah.
The 24-year-old rapper, whose given title is Tyquian Terrel Bowman, was behind bars within the Chatham County jail Tuesday. In response to court docket data, he has a bond listening to scheduled Friday.
Bowman and 18 others had been indicted by a grand jury Wednesday. The indictment charged Bowman with 4 counts, together with being a supervisor of an unlawful road gang often called “Rollin’ 60′s.” Different fees say Bowman conspired with others to distribute marijuana and to purchase tablets of the opioid hydrocodone.
Bowman’s legal professional, Joshua Pine, declined to make a direct remark when reached by telephone Tuesday.
As Quando Rondo, the rapper’s singles “I Keep in mind” and “ABG” led to a take care of Atlantic Information, which launched his debut album, “QPac,” in 2020. His follow-up album, “Restoration,” got here out in March.
