MEO Kalorama has introduced that Blur will headline the primary evening of the three-day pageant in Portugal.

Blur will take to the Foremost Stage on August 31 alongside fellow acts reminiscent of The Prodigy, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, M83, Metronomy and extra. This slot will mark the tip of the band’s 2023 European tour.
The Hives and Lil Silva had been beforehand added to the line-up, alongside Arcade Fireplace, Florence + The Machine, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Aphex Twin, Foals, and lots of others who will carry out at Parque da Bela Vista, Lisbon this summer season.

Highlights of the pageant embrace José Gonzales taking part in his debut album ‘Veneer’ in full as a celebration of its twentieth anniversary, together with the long-awaited return of Siouxie Sioux.
Set to tackle the PANORAMA stage are Chima Isaaro and Saint Caboclo. The stage may also host Ben UFO, Budino, Name Tremendous B2B Anz, Phoebe, John Talabot, Gazzi, Dinamarca, Moxie, Peach, Nicolas Lutz, Tijana T, and Violet.
The pageant’s full line-up consists of 40 per cent feminine artists, together with solo artists or these in bands. The LGBTQI group can also be represented in addition to 16 nationwide artists, together with 4 native artists, from the Chelas é o Sítio collective.

Final 12 months’s installment of MEO Kalorama noticed headline performances from The Chemical Brothers, Arctic Monkeys and Nick Cave. NME described Cave’s set as “soul-bearing” and one which proved him to be “a grasp storyteller, one that’s able to conjuring a visceral viewers response”.
Different artists to characteristic on the 2022 line-up included Disclosure, Jessie Ware, Kraftwerk, Bonobo and Blossoms.
