Kae Tempest and Jordan Stephens have joined the line-up forThe Final Phrase Competition.

The ‘These Are The Days’ creator and the Rizzle Kicks star are among the many names happening within the celebration of spoken phrase alongside the likes of Dizraeli, Emmeline, Facesoul, Kayo Chingonyi and Sophie Thakur at The Roundhouse in London from 1-18 June.

The 37-year-old spoken phrase poet will be part of Brixton-based music group Audio system Nook Quartet once they take to the primary stage on June 2 to deal with audiences to their first album, ‘Additional Out Than The Edge’, on the iconic Camden venue on June 2 with a invoice that features Sampha, Tirzah, Coby Sey, Joe Armon-Jones, Confucius MC, James Massiah, Tawiag, Lafawndah, Trustfall, Lil Silva and John Glacie.

This occasion – dubbed ‘Audio system Corners and Buddies’ – comes the day after the grand last of the Roundhouse Poetry slams that may embrace a judging panel of Gal-dem founder and ‘Rosewater’ writer Liv Little earlier than an entire roster of musical occasions.

The ‘Mama Do the Hump’ hitmaker, 31, will take part with the pageant enjoyable along with his night time, ‘Jordan Stephens x Lyrix Organix – Desert Island Dubplates’ on Saturday, 17 June, on the Studio Theatre.
