Chlöe Bailey Announces New Single ‘FYS’: Here’s When It Arrives

Just some weeks shy of the one-year anniversary of her debut studio album, In Items, Chloe Bailey (also referred to as Chlöe) is again with new solo music. On Wednesday (Feb. 28), the Grammy-nominated R&B star revealed the art work and NSFW title of her newest single.

“FYS. What do you suppose it means? Guess proper and that i’ll drop 🤭” Chlöe teased on X Tuesday (Feb. 27). The multi-hyphenate shared a 19-second snippet of her new single, by which she repeatedly croons “love me” as layers of harmonies develop steadily within the background. The next day, Chlöe debuted the only’s official art work, which finds her lounging on the sand in a cropped white tank and black bikini bottoms with the title “F–ok Your Standing” emblazoned throughout the image. “FYS. 3/1. Pre-save now 💋,” Chlöe captioned the publish, confirming the discharge date for her new monitor.

“FYS” will mark Chlöe’s first musical launch of 2024. Final 12 months’s In Items — which housed notable tracks resembling “Pray It Away,” “Physique Do,” “Really feel Me Cry” and the Chris Brown-assisted “How Does It Really feel” — hit No. 119 on the Billboard 200. She achieved a further Sizzling 100 entry with “Do It” (No. 63) as a half of Chloe x Halle. The sibling duo has additionally landed each of their studio albums on the Billboard 200: 2018’s The Children Are Alright (No. 139) and 2020’s Ungodly Hour (No. 16).
