Darius Rucker was reportedly arrested on a minor drug offense in Williamson County, Tennessee on Thursday.
The Hootie & the Blowfish frontman was arrested on two counts of straightforward possession/informal trade of a managed substance and one depend of a violation of Tennessee’s car registration regulation, in accordance with the Williamson County Sheriff’s Workplace. All three fees are misdemeanors. He was launched on $10,500 bond. The managed substance has not but been recognized, and particulars of what led to Rucker’s arrest haven’t been shared, however, TMZ reported, he allegedly had expired tags on his automotive.
Rucker “is totally cooperating with authorities associated to misdemeanor fees,” in accordance with his lawyer, Mark Puryear.
