As she continues to journey “Paint the City Purple” to international chart success, Doja Cat is popping her “Consideration” to “Demons” on her newest Scarlet single.
On Friday (Sept. 1), the Grammy-winning star launched the third pre-release single from her forthcoming Scarlet album. The D.A. Acquired That Dope-produced monitor finds Doja persevering with the death-minded imagery of “Paint the City Purple.”
Doja first teased “Demons” on Aug. 22 with an Instagram submit that captured her shadow hanging a fierce pose. Within the submit, Doja’s shadow dons a pair of satan horns. A follow-up submit on Aug. 29 unveiled the official single art work for “Demons,” a scene straight out of supernatural suburbia. Doja, utterly lined in black, hangs the other way up within the nook of an unassuming lounge with the music’s title spelled out in vacuum streaks on the carpet. The music video for “Demons,” which stars Emmy-nominated Yellowjackets actress Christina Ricci, premiered alongside the discharge of the monitor.
