Ed Sheeran can formally add “skilled wedding ceremony crasher” to his résumé.
In a video posted to Sheeran’s Instagram, he performs a yet-to-be-released monitor for a pair on the brink of trade vows at a Las Vegas wedding ceremony chapel.
The clip kicks off with the couple — revealed to be Jordan and Carter Lindenfield, in accordance with Fox 5 Vegas — holding one another’s fingers and getting ready to say “I do,” when Sheeran, together with his acoustic guitar and some backup singers, emerges to play “Magical” from his forthcoming album, Autumn Variations, arriving Sept. 29.
“That is the way it feels to be in love/ That is magical, that is magical/ Is that this the way it feels to be in love?/ That is magical, that is magical,” Sheeran sings on the refrain. The astonished pair, after saying “I do,” ask for a photograph with Sheeran, who signed their marriage certificates as a witness. (The marriage crashing comes after Sheeran wanted to postpone his Las Vegas live performance at Allegiant Stadium following extreme warmth within the metropolis.)
“Crashed a marriage, that is Magical x,” the singer captioned the video.
The newly minted Mrs. Lindenfield wrote within the feedback part, “THANK YOU SO MUCH for probably the most magical day of our lives … we’ll really always remember this or the marriage recommendation you gave us.”
In her personal submit, Lindenfield added, “We’re nonetheless processing what an unforgettable second this was! Thanks @teddysphotos for really making our big day magical.”
