Doja Cat‘s Scarlet tops this week’s new music ballot.
Music followers voted in a ballot revealed Friday (Sept. 22) on Billboard, selecting Doja’s new album as their favourite music launch of the previous week.
Scarlet introduced in additional than 40% of the vote, beating out new music from Shakira and Fuerza Regida, Kylie Minogue, Zach Bryan and extra.
Doja Cat’s Scarlet, her fourth studio album, marks her extremely anticipated return following 2021’s Planet Her, which peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and delivered loads of Sizzling 100 hits.
She’ll be heading out on a 24-date trek in assist of the album with The Scarlet Tour, which kicks off on Halloween in San Francisco and wraps Dec. 13 in Chicago. Ice Spice and Doechii have been introduced as opening acts.
