Kelly Clarkson has informed her followers that may solely “throw diamonds” onto the stage throughout her reveals.

Whereas performing the opening present of her Las Vegas residency this weekend, the Stronger hitmaker warned her followers towards throwing objects onto the stage, nevertheless, she did make an exception for diamonds.

“No matter you do, do not throw it at me, individuals. Should you’re gonna throw s**t, throw diamonds,” the 41-year-old may be heard saying to the group in a video recorded and posted on social media by a concertgoer.

The singer’s remarks come after a rising variety of artists have had objects thrown at them whereas they had been acting on stage.

Cardi B is the newest sufferer of the weird development. Over the weekend, she was performing an outside set at Drai’s Beachclub and Nightclub in Las Vegas, when a fan abruptly launched a drink at her mid-performance.

In response to the incident, the Up rapper hurled her microphone on the concertgoer, as seen in a video which has gone viral on social media.

Different musicians who’ve been hit with objects on stage in current months embrace Harry Types, Bebe Rexha, Pink, and Kelsea Ballerini.

Kelly launched her tenth studio album Chemistry on 23 June. She is now finishing her Las Vegas residency on the Bakkt Theatre at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, which started on 28 July and can wrap up on 19 August.
