Marilyn Manson has reached an out-of-court settlement with Esmé Bianco over her sexual abuse lawsuit.

The British actress, who appeared in Recreation of Thrones, publicly accused the rocker and her former boyfriend of sexual abuse in February 2021, and some months later, she filed a lawsuit alleging sexual assault, bodily abuse and human trafficking. Manson has persistently denied the allegations.

On Tuesday, it was revealed that each events had reached an out-of-court settlement within the case. The phrases of the settlement are unknown.

“Ms. Bianco has agreed to resolve her claims in opposition to Brian Warner and Marilyn Manson Information, Inc,” Manson’s lawyer Howard E. King confirmed to Rolling Stone, whereas her lawyer, Jay Ellwanger, stated in an identical assertion that she reached the settlement as a result of she needed to “transfer on along with her life and profession”.

The settlement signifies that the musician, actual identify Brian Warner, is now solely going through one abuse lawsuit in opposition to a Jane Doe. In January, mannequin Ashley Morgan Smithline’s lawsuit was dismissed after she did not discover a new lawyer, whereas authorized motion filed by his former assistant Ashley Walters was thrown out in Could 2022.

Manson has maintained his innocence, claiming that every one of his sexual relationships have been consensual.

He’s at present suing his ex-fiancée Evan Rachel Wooden for defamation after she accused him of being abusive throughout their relationship in February 2021.
