Miley Cyrus continued her “infinite summer time trip” on Friday (Aug. 25) together with her reflective new single, “Used to Be Younger.”
The track, which appears to be like again on her previous, options the introspective lyrics within the refrain: refrain: “You inform me time has achieved modified me / That’s effective, I’ve had a very good run / I do know I was loopy / That’s ’trigger I was younger.”
Cyrus gave some perception into writing the track in an Instagram publish revealing the lyrics earlier within the week, writing, “I’ve spent the final 18 months portray a sonic image of my perspective to share with you. The time has arrived to launch a track that I might good eternally. Though my work is finished, this track will proceed to jot down itself on a regular basis. The very fact it stays unfinished is part of its magnificence. That’s my life at this second ….. unfinished but full.”
“Used To Be Younger” marks the 30-year-old celebrity’s first piece of recent music for the reason that launch of Infinite Summer season Trip again in March.
