After scoring a No. 2 debut on the Sizzling 100 this week together with his J. Cole-assisted single “All My Life,” Lil Durk seems to be to topple that feat on the Billboard 200 with the discharge of his new album Nearly Healed.

Launched at present (Might 26), Nearly Healed is the follow-up to Durk’s 2022 album 7220. The album debuted at No. 1 final yr on the Billboard 200, netting 120,500 equal album items — marking his second chart-topper. Nearly Healed boasts a powerful visitor line-up, because the Chicago staple reeled in J. Cole, Alicia Keys, Future, Kodak Black, and Billboard 200’s present reigning champ, Morgan Wallen. Wallen and Durk beforehand collaborated on the 2021 track “Broadway Women,” which debuted within the prime 20 of the Sizzling 100.

In a brand new interview with DJ Akademiks for his Off the Document podcast, Durk revealed how Kanye West helped assemble his new album earlier than finally opting to not use the data. “He really did my complete album,” Durk instructed Akademiks. “However I ain’t use it. He like, tweaked with the beat. He put some vocals behind some beats. He performed with a pair data. He performed with a pair data. He did some genius sh-t.”

Regardless of the cuts, Durk conveyed to Akademiks that he’d think about using the songs if he selected to go the deluxe route for Nearly Healed. “I’m attempting to see if I can come again with some genius sh-t with it, man, and double my gross sales,” he quipped.
