Taylor Swift‘s “Merciless Summer season” is the newest music to enter Spotify’s Billions Membership.

The music streaming service introduced on Sunday (Sept. 3) that the hit single from the pop celebrity’s 2019 album, Lover, has surpassed 1 billion streams.

“It’s been no merciless summer season for @taylorswift13 this yr,” potify wrote on X (previously Twitter). “Congratulations on one other monitor within the #BillionsClub.”

Swift took to her Instagram Story on Sunday morning to rejoice the achievement. “Summer season simply acquired a BILLION TIMES CRUELER,” she wrote below a repost of Spotify’s congratulatory message. “Love you all a lot for this.”

The addition of “Merciless Summer season” to the streaming platform’s billion-streams membership marks Swift’s fifth music to hit the milestone, which has been achieved by a complete of 468 tracks (based on Spotify’s personal playlist).

It follows her Midnights lead single “Anti-Hero,” and 1989 songs “Clean Area” and “Shake It Off,” in addition to her Fifty Shades Darker soundtrack collaboration with Zayn, “I Don’t Wanna Reside Perpetually.”

Initially launched on Swift’s 2019 album, Lover, and later being promoted by Republic Data as a single, “Merciless Summer season” reached No. 3 on the Billboard Scorching 100 chart. The monitor additionally topped Billboard’s Pop Airplay chart, changing into her twelfth chief on the rating.
