The Kinks’ John Gosling has died on the age of 75.
The rock band have taken to social media to announce the passing of the keyboard participant, who joined the group in 1970.
The band mentioned on Instagram: “We’re deeply saddened by the information of the passing of John Gosling. We’re sending our condolences to John’s spouse and household.”
Gosling’s former bandmates have additionally paid glowing tributes to the musician.
Ray Davies – the band’s lead vocalist – mentioned: “Condolences to his spouse Theresa and household. Relaxation in Peace dearest John. (sic)”
Dave Davies has admitted to having a “deep affection” for his former bandmate.
