season is again, and ESPN is taking Monday Evening Soccer up a notch with a star-studded musical collaboration.
The community revealed on Monday (Aug. 28) that it’s teaming up with Timbaland and Justin Timberlake all through the 2023-24 NFL season to curate music for choose Monday Evening Soccer video games. The curated music from the famous person duo will run in Monday Evening Soccer promotional spots, dwell telecasts and pre-game exhibits for seven weeks this season, beginning with week one’s Buffalo Payments vs. New York Jets recreation. Beatclub, a music creator platform based by Timbaland, could have its customers and A&R group supporting the duo within the music creation for the season.
“Soccer and music go hand-in-hand, like the enduring Timbaland and Justin Timberlake duo, who collaborate on music to close perfection,” stated ESPN Senior Director of Sports activities Advertising, Curtis Associates, in a press assertion. “ESPN’s Monday Evening Soccer music curatorship is widespread with followers given the entry this partnership offers to new and surprising mixtures of music with sport. We’ve had Diplo, DJ Khaled, Drake, and Marshmello and this fifth season, for the primary time, we have now two curators in Timbaland/JT we all know will energize all us followers for this NFL soccer season.”
For the Payments vs. Jets recreation on September 11, Timbaland and Timberlake’s upcoming collaboration with Nelly Furtado, “Hold Going Up,” will soundtrack Aaron Rodgers’ Jets debut towards the Payments. The one is the long-awaited follow-up to the trio’s first collab, 2007’s “Give It to Me,” which hit No. 1 on the Billboard Sizzling 100 16 years in the past.
