Rapper Travis Scott was arrested and booked into Miami-Dade County jail early Thursday morning following an incident on a yacht at an area marina at 300 Alton Street, Miami Seaside.

Houston-born Scott, often known as Jacques Bermon Webster, was charged with disorderly intoxication and trespassing, in response to an arrest affidavit from the Miami Seaside Police Division obtained by The Hollywood Reporter, which confirmed the 1:44 a.m. arrest.

“On scene might sense a robust scent of alcohol coming from the defendant’s breath. Officers spoke to the complainant who acknowledged that he didn’t need to press prices and simply needed the defendant off of the vessel,” the affidavit acknowledged.

After a warning to go away the dock, Scott allegedly “yelled obscenities” whereas strolling backwards from the yacht, and ultimately bought into his automotive to drive away, in response to the police report.

However the affidavit provides “the defendant returned roughly 5 minutes after Officer Rodriguez noticed the defendant strolling again in the direction of the vessel.” After Scott allegedly “started yelling as soon as once more, changing into erratic, disturbing the peace of the occupants of the marina and close by residential buildings,” he was taken into custody.

“The defendant later admitted that he had been ingesting alcohol and acknowledged ‘It’s Miami,’” the affidavit acknowledged. Scott was booked into jail at 4:35 a.m. and was later launched on a $650 bond.

Scott made headlines in 2021 with the Astroworld live performance tragedy that resulted within the deaths of 10 attendees and plenty of extra accidents.
