Wu-Tang Clan have shared a trailer for the ultimate season of their biographical drama collection, Wu-Tang: An American Saga, which is ready to air on Hulu in simply over a month.
Created by Wu-Tang member RZA in tandem with screenwriter Alex Tse, the present was initially pegged as a 10-episode miniseries, chronicling the earliest days of the legendary rap collective. Airing in late 2019, it was a direct smash-hit, and a second season was greenlit to stream in 2021.
Wu-Tang: An American Saga will now finish with its third season, streaming weekly on Hulu from February 15. In an announcement given to Rolling Stone, RZA mentioned: “This season offers with numerous parts of hip-hop tradition by the eyes of the Wu-Tang Clan and its surrounding household.
“We discover the music, the style, the entrepreneurial parts, and that pioneering spirit that the hip-hop artwork kind generates. We additionally discover the creativeness and inspiration that the music invoked into the youth. We do that all whereas navigating the advanced relationships that success spawns.”
On how the collection’ finish will honour Wu-Tang’s timeless legacy, the multi-hyphenate added: “Being a founder and abbot of the Wu I’m all the time optimistic about our legacy. We set out on A journey in 1993 with [‘Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)’] and that journey continues 30 years later and we created 30 episodes of [TV and] cinema to expound upon our artwork, music, life joys and life struggles.”

In the meantime, Wu-Tang not too long ago launched a particularly restricted – and suitably expensive – ebook known as Legacy. It’s restricted to simply 36 copies, with every coming encased in a 400-pound metal chamber. Each copy can also be handcrafted to order, and can run followers an insane $360,000 (£298,872).
